Wednesday, Jan. 21st 8:15 pm the Ocean View United Church Trustee Board will hold their annual meeting in the Church vestry. Those members who are responsible to have reports completed are reminded to have your report completed to present at this annual meeting.
Thursday, Jan. 22 All Pastoral Charge reports to be included in the 2008 Annual Report must be received by Darryl Butt by this date. This is an important date as this date only allows Darryl approximately two nights to have Annual Report books prepared and printed to have available for the Official Board meeting on Tuesday, Jan. 27th.

Sunday, Feb. 8th 1:30 pm the congregation of McDowell United Church will hold their annual congregational meeting downstairs at McDowell United. There will be a potluck meal following the morning worship service and the meeting will begin at 1:30 pm. Those who will be attending the meal are asked to bring along a dish for the meal.

Effective January 1st, 2009, the minimum contribution to the Pastoral Charge budget (to be considered a paid contributor) is increased from $180.00 to a minimum of $205.00
The Church & Cemetery fee will remain at a minimum of $40.00 at
this time.

Some contributors make one total contribution and include the full amount in their Pastoral Charge budget white envelope and assume the Treasurer will forward $40.00 to the Local Treasurer for their Church and Cemetery fee. Please specify if you wish for this to happen because the Treasurer cannot assume you want $40.00 of your total contribution forwarded for your Church and Cemetery fee
or if you will be paying your Church & Cemetery fee separately.
